The process is simple.

and cost of the analysis work that you need. When
appropriate, we sometimes perform our work on a "gain
share" basis
in which our fee is based upon the improvements resulting from our
analysis. |
| 3. When you decide to proceed, we start by obtaining your
data and preparing it. |
| 4. We analyze your data with a variety of tools and analytical techniques. |
| 5. We show you what we discover with charts and graphs and explain
our discoveries in "plain English" so you know exactly what to do with
the insights we reveal. |
| 6. We follow up with coaching and advice to help you use and apply
the results of our analysis to put money in your bank. |
| 7. We measure your success in solving your #1 problem by updating
your data and re-analyzing it. This usually promotes your #2
