- Customers (names, contacts, titles, billing addresses, ship-to addresses, etc.)
- Transactions -- invoice headers
and line items -- showing what was sold, to whom, when and for
how much.
- Products, including
descriptions, prices and costs.
- Sales costs, including commissions, ad costs,
catalog & mailing expenses, etc.
We usually need at least 3,000 records (total) of these data covering 2
to 5 years of activity.
MAG does everything under tight data security provisions and non-disclosure
agreements. We will comply fully with your data security, encryption
and privacy policies and requirements.

To minimize both cost and risk, we do things in phases:
- First, we identify your most urgent problem and learn more about your
unique situation.
- Then we prepare a written proposal that describes the problem,
how we expect to solve it and how much it will cost. We generally
do this for a fixed fee of $1,000.
- With your approval to proceed, we obtain your data, prepare it and analyze
it with a variety of tools, as appropriate.
- Next, we prepare a Fix This First summary
report in "plain English" that shows you what we've discovered
and what it means.
- Finally, we follow up regularly to help you
implement the solution to your problem.
